I got a 2nd hit on just my 14th banknote, 3 days after I released it back into the wild. (I had a sticker on it with the moneytracker.com.au website address, so I am sure that helped!) http://www.moneytracker.com.au/note/29119.html No other hits on any of my notes since then (90 logged so far), but I have given up putting stickers on my notes.
